Hello! So lets get down to it! I think this was made to just be cute and i think you A+ it! The one thing that brought this image down was the originality of it! I have seen many chibis like this (not like the same but you get my point) but chibis are frequently drawn so i think its hard coming up with something no one has ever come up with before! I think the colors are WONDERFUL! but i think the blue buttons could have been left out. The dress is vary well draw and i love the shading its vary smoth and has that "cute" look to it! The tail is just to cute but i think it would look more real if you did not add the stripes. I just love the socks there to cute! I can not find a thing wrong with them besides that the tights dont suck in at the top. Now to my second favorit part the hair... i just love it! Her hair is just so well drawn! The highlights are wonderful! Okay now to my favrit part! The eyes! I just love these eyes they seem like there staring straight into your sole! Its breathtaking i think the eyes are the main focous of this drawing and how you made her eyes blue makes them pop even more! I also love how you still added the blush making the image even cuter! But i think its the back ground that ties it all up! I think outlining her was a VARY good idea! I think the impact is wonderful this image shows me a mixture of cute/love/and happiness! I think its hard to make thows emotions and thoughts pop into my head the way you did! I would give this a 41/2 out of 5 stars!
